Weal joined us from Norwich City in 2021, where he was head of academy goalkeeping.
As well as providing first-class coaching to our goalkeepers, Weal has drawn praise for his work on our set pieces - particularly his preparation for penalty shootouts in our 2022-23 play-off campaign, which we went on to win on spotkicks.
He has also coached goalkeepers in Huddersfield Town and Nottingham Forest’s academy.
