Matchday hospitality can now be booked online.
With our range of packages becoming increasingly popular and the majority of matches receiving many more enquiries than we’re able to currently facilitate, we’ve been reviewing our booking process to consider how we can provide the fairest and most efficient service for guests.
As a result, we have worked with our ticketing partner, Ticketmaster, to develop an online platform which will allow supporters to book and confirm their place immediately after each match goes on sale. This will replace the existing system, where guests submit an enquiry form and await a call back from our commercial team.
How do I access and use the online booking platform?

Which matches are coming up?
With Gillingham sold out, the next match going on sale will be the visit of Crewe Alexandra on Saturday 24 February. Bookings will be available from 10am on Friday 2 February.

More information on booking specific packages online
1862 Suite and Wheeler Suite
Once you’ve completed an online booking for the 1862 or Wheeler Suite, our commercial team will allocate your seats in the stand. You’ll receive a confirmation email detailing everything you need to know and advising you of how to inform us of any dietary/accessibility requirements.
We’ll always do our best to ensure large bookings are seated together in the stand, however it may be necessary to split some groups in order to maximise capacity. Should this be the case, we will contact you. Groups will always be seated together inside the suite.
Should you include any season ticket holders in your booking, you will be prompted to enter their season ticket number(s).
Please note – we expect demand to be extremely high for these packages between now and the end of the season.
Family Hospitality
The booking process is the same as outlined above, however you must include an under 16 ticket.
A confirmation email will prompt you to inform us of your menu choice for each child in your booking, while also providing instructions of how to upgrade to one of our popular birthday celebration packages.
Executive Boxes
You will have the opportunity to select either an eight-seat or 16-seat box before making your booking.
Your confirmation email will include instructions of how to claim reimbursement for any season ticket holders in your party, and also how to add pie and chips at a cost of £6 per person.
Away supporters
Please note – we’re unable to welcome away fans in our hospitality areas and, should any be discovered, they will be asked to leave without refund.
