Supporters are advised of the following information ahead of Saturday's visit of Solihull.
A record-breaking crowd is on the cards, which means all areas of the stadium will be very busy. We've compiled the following guidance to help make your visit to Meadow Lane enjoyable and hassle-free.
Buy your ticket in advance
- The ticket office will be very busy on matchday, so we strongly advise you to buy your ticket online in advance. That way you can head straight to your allocated turnstile, where you'll be able to scan the barcode on your digital booking confirmation
- If you need to buy in person on matchday, please do so as early as possible. We'll be open from 9am. A sales booth outside the Kop Stand will be open closer to kick-off (cash only)
Entering the ground and finding your seat
- Queues will be busy close to kick-off and, as part of our remembrance day, the Last Post will be played ahead of kick-off. Please, therefore, enter the stadium and take your seat as early as possible
- Check the details on your ticket to ensure you are queuing for the correct turnstile. You will also have a specific block, row and seat. If you need assistance, please speak to one of our friendly stewards
- All home areas will be nearly full, so it's essential you sit in your allocated seat
Refreshments
- Catering facilities will be available in each stand and supporters can take advantage of a £5 pie-and-a-pint offer between 1.30pm and 2.30pm
- Queues at the kiosks are likely at peak times so we ask you to please leave extra time if you’re planning to purchase any refreshments. Please also be understanding and respectful to our staff
Covid-19
- Out of respect to all fellow attendees, we advise you to take a lateral flow test prior to the match and to also wear a face covering in confined areas. This is not obligatory but simply a request that we all do what we can to keep everyone as safe as possible at Meadow Lane
- Do not attend the stadium if you are showing any Covid symptoms or have come into recent contact with someone who has the virus. Our ticket office will be happy to process refunds should you be unable to attend due to Covid – please call 0115 955 210 before kick-off
- Hand sanitiser stations will be available around the stadium
- As part of our efforts to keep all supporters, players and staff safe, we kindly request that fans do not wait outside main reception after the game
Ticket office and club shop – open from 9am
- Between 2pm–3pm, the ticket office will only be selling Solihull tickets in order to manage queues. Supporters wishing to purchase any other tickets can do so before 2pm or immediately after full-time
- Should your ticket not scan at the turnstile, please visit the ticket office where our staff will be happy to help
- Season ticket holders can take advantage of our Winter Warmer retail offer on scarves, hats, gloves and snoods - cheapest item half price
- Supporters purchasing a copy of our matchday programme, the Mag (£3), must do so with cash
Supporter bars
- The Broken Wheelbarrow will be open from 12pm, at half-time (for those in the Family Stand only) and again after the match
- Due to ongoing maintenance, Lawton’s Bar in the Derek Pavis Stand regrettably remains closed. An update on its reopening will follow in due course
Reporting abuse
- We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable enviornment for all at Meadow Lane. If you hear any discriminatory language or witness any threatening behaviour, please report it to a steward
