Ryan Schofield, Pierce Bird and Noor Husin have been called up to represent their countries.
Goalkeeper Schofield will join England’s Under 20s side for a home fixture against Poland on Thursday 21 March before an away trip to Portugal on Tuesday 26 March.
Bird will be back with Northern Ireland’s Under 21s as they undertake a training camp in Spain, including matches against Bulgaria and Mexico.
Husin, meanwhile, will be heading to Malaysia to represent Afghanistan in a mini-tournament. Their first match is against Oman on 20 March.
The FA have agreed to release Schofield for Notts' home match against Exeter City, while Husin and Bird will be unavailable for the Sky Bet League Two fixture.
