Notts County midfielder Noor Husin will join up with Afghanistan’s national team for the first time this week.
The midfielder has accepted his country’s invitation to be part of the squad to take on Tajikistan on Monday 19 November, when he’ll hope to win his first cap.
As a result, Husin will be unavailable for Wednesday’s Checkatrade Trophy match against Doncaster Rovers and the Sky Bet League Two clash with Cheltenham Town.
