Bialkowski Ready For Massive Weekend

18 April 2014

Notts County are full of confidence heading into a crucial Bank Holiday double header, says Bartosz Bialkowski.

Bialkowski played a big part in helping Notts fight back from two goals down against Port Vale last weekend.

The manner of the victory has given the Magpies a huge boost ahead of the Friday fixture away at Bristol City, which is followed by another tough encounter at home to Crawley Town on Monday afternoon.

“We’re confident and we showed some great character in the last game, coming back from two goals down,” Bialkowski told Magpie Player.

“It was such an important game for us and it gave us a big lift.

“We go into the Bristol City game full of confidence and we truly believe that we can stay up.

“We just need to look at ourselves and do our best on the pitch and on the training pitch.

“Away from home we’ve been inconsistent but it’s the final stage of the season and we can’t afford to lose any more games.

“We need to hit that 50-point mark as quickly as we can and the two games over the Bank Holiday weekend are going to be massive.”
