The club are aware that a small number of supporters experienced problems gaining entry into Meadow Lane for the first league match of the season against Hartlepool United on Tuesday night.
The Ticket Office would like to ask any fans that had issues scanning their new season cards to contact the ticket office ahead of Saturday’s match against Walsall at Meadow Lane to get their cards reprinted.
