Buying online
The easiest way to buy a ticket is online. You'll have the option to either print out your own paper ticket or scan the barcode from your phone at the point of entry, meaning you can head straight to the turnstiles instead of queueing at our ticket office.
If you intend to scan your barcode from your phone, please ensure your screen brightness is switched to high. If your screen is damaged, our scanners may not be able to read the barcode and you may have to visit the ticket office.

Tickets to the value of £1.50 or more are subject to a 60p per ticket administration fee when purchased online or over the phone. A postage charge of £1 applies to supporters that require tickets to be posted.

Supporters can purchase tickets by calling the ticket office on 0115 955 7210 during our opening hours.

In person
You can also visit us in person. Apart from on home matchdays, when the main ticket office on Meadow Lane will be open, the ticket office will operate from inside the club shop.

Buying on matchday
We do not operate cash turnstiles and strongly advise supporters to purchase their tickets in advance using one of the above options, preferably online, to avoid matchday queues.
Supporters wishing to purchase a ticket in person on matchday can do so from:
- The ticket office on Meadow Lane using cash or card
- A dedicated matchday booth located between the Kop and Jimmy Sirrel stands using cash only (Kop and Derek Pavis Stand tickets only)
Supporters who wish to select a specific seat must visit the ticket office as tickets sold in the matchday booth are bulk-printed in advance.
An additional ticket booth is available for away supporters to obtain tickets on matchday. This booth is located to the rear of the Jimmy Sirrel Stand with only cash payments available. Away supporters will also be able to collect any pre-paid tickets from this booth.
