As much as we would like to help each and every applicant, it's our policy to only support local organisations and charities, including our official charity partner the British Heart Foundation, on a seasonal basis. Regrettably, therefore, we are unable to assist with your request if you are based outside Nottinghamshire but we wish you every success in your endeavours.
Along with your completed application form please enclose an official letter from the charity/organisation you're supporting, which should be identical to the details of the charity event taking place.
Applications from local schools/academies must come directly from the school/academy address on official headed paper. We cannot accept a form from a home address on behalf of a school/academy.
In order to reduce the risk of fraud, we may liaise with other football clubs to check the authenticity of some applications. We do this to protect genuine charities which may lose donations as a result of fraud.
