Notts County Football Club are looking for host families to accommodate academy players aged 16-18.
Families who live near Meadow Lane and can offer scholars a 'home from home' experience on a long or short-term basis (including weekends) are required to accommodate our scholars and trialists, providing breakfasts and home-cooked evening meals. From time to time they may also be asked to provide a laundry service!
With a clear club commitment to equal opportunities, as well as safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults, host families will need to demonstrate they are able to share this commitment and welcome our scholars and trialists into their homes and effectively make them feel at ease.
If you are interested in applying to provide a caring 'home from home', please be aware that this position is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS Disclosure.
All applicants will be required to undergo a full assessment with club staff before consideration can be made as to suitability.
A monthly fee is payable to the host family for the duration of the placement.
