After being the only second-year scholar to be offered a professional contract at the end of the 2019-20 campaign, Brooks was handed another new deal at Meadow Lane ahead of the 2021-22 season.
The young goalkeeper, who has represented Republic of Ireland at junior levels, cut his teeth with hometown club Sheffield Wednesday before joining us as a first-year scholar.
At the beginning of the campaign he joined Worksop Town on a month's loan in a bid to boost his experience, with the long-term aim for him to be challenging for our number-one spot in the future.
