Following a hugely impressive initial loan spell, Anthony Patterson returned to us in December on a deal until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old is highly regarded at Sunderland and had already made four first-team appearances for them this season – two in League One and two in the EFL Cup, emerging victorious on each occasion.
