Pacy wing-back Adebayo-Rowling turned down a number of EFL clubs to sign a two-year contract at Meadow Lane, becoming our first new signing of the summer.
Adebayo-Rowling hails from London and began his youth career with Brighton before eventually joining Peterborough United, for whom he made his professional debut in League One.
He then headed over the Irish Sea to play two seasons at top-flight side Sligo Rovers, moving on to Cork City before returning to England in 2018-19 to sign for Bromley.
Eastbourne Borough was his next destination and he stayed with the Sussex outfit for three seasons before moving to his most recent club, Ebbsfleet, in the summer of 2020.
