The defender signed his first professional contract with the club in December 2022.
Having cut his teeth as a winger in Manchester United and Sheffield United's academies, Mahovo joined us in the 2021-22 season and quickly made a good impression at Meadow Lane in a new role as a central defender.
He was reguarly part of the first-team set up in pre-season 2022 and 2023, featuring in several friendlies, and was given his professional debut against Coalville Town in Emirates FA Cup qualifying.
Mahovo's second senior appearance came against Lincoln City in our 2023-24 EFL Trophy campaign and he secured further first-team experience with a loan move to National League North side Boston United.
