18-year-old defender Lucien Mahovo has joined Boston United on loan until the end of the season.
Mahovo signed his first professional contract with the club in December 2022, shortly after making his senior debut in an Emirates FA Cup qualifying fixture against Coalville Town.
He futhered his first-team experience with 90 minutes against Lincoln City in the EFL Trophy this season and will now have the opportunity to support the Pilgrims in their pursuit of a National League North play-off place.
Having cut his teeth as a winger in Manchester United and Sheffield United's academies, Mahovo joined us in the 2021-22 season and quickly made a good impression at Meadow Lane in a new role as a central defender.
