Kyle Cameron was on the scoresheet as our pre-season continued with a 1-1 draw at Boston United.
The defender's excellent finish cancelled out Scott Pollock's effort in a frenetic opening six minutes.
But, despite creating plenty of chances - particularly in the first half - there were to be no more goals.
We didn't get the start we were looking for, as on four minutes an error from Jim O'Brien led to Pollock racing through on goal to fire the ball past Sam Slocombe.
Our response was immediate, however, as Ruben Rodrigues saw a shot cleared off the line before Cameron smashed Cal Roberts' cut-back home with an excellent finish from the resultant corner.
It was one-way traffic from there on in in the first half, with Roberts seeing a shot saved at the back post and Baldwin and O'Brien sending headers narrowly over.
The biggest chance we had to take the lead was created - and missed - by Roberts, who showed excellent composure to work a shooting opportunity in the box only to blaze the ball over.
There was still time for O'Brien to slip Kairo Mitchell through on goal before the half-time whistle, but Boston keeper Sam Long was off his line quickly to block the forward's shot.
A rare opportunity for the hosts passed them by early in the second half, when Jake Wright could only fire the ball wide of the near post from inside the area, and we responded with two half-chances for Roberts just outside the area, the first being saved and the second being dragged wide.
A raft of changes followed on 64 minutes which saw the introduction of trialist midfielder Yaser Kasim along with several other players.
But there was little else to report on a refreshingly chilly evening in Lincolnshire.
