Further information

• Renewing supporters should retain their current season ticket card unless any of their personal details have changed (such as name, seat or age band)
• 2022-23 season ticket holders will also be emailed a digital pass which can be stored in Apple Wallet/Google Pay and scanned at the turnstiles, negating the need to bring their card to matches

Before you renew or buy

Please ensure your ticketing account details, particularly your date of birth and postal address, are correct. You can do this by logging into our ticketing website, selecting ‘View Account Menu’ and then ‘Update Details’. Alternatively, call 0115 955 7210.

If you wish to renew multiple season tickets online, please ensure you add all supporters to your network first. Click ‘View Account Menu’, ‘Network’ and then ‘Add members’, adding the supporter numbers for each of the season tickets that you wish to renew. Then select the relevant supporter, ‘Manage Ticket Privileges’ and then ‘Edit’ on the ‘Me’ section, ensuring ‘I can manage tickets for...’ is ticked. Then click ‘Send request’. This will then send an email to the person to request permission. Once they have confirmed this, you can manage their tickets.

Seat reservations

2021-22 season ticket holders’ seats were reserved until 4 July. If you have a specific seat or area in mind, prompt booking is advised to avoid potential disappointment.

Buying a non-adult season ticket?

You must purchase the price band that correlates with the age you or the supporter will be on 1 August 2022.

We require supporters purchasing a new concessionary season ticket to provide photo ID showing their date of birth. This will preferably be a copy of your passport or driving licence, but a birth certificate accompanied by a passport-style photo will be accepted for younger supporters whose photographic ID cannot be supplied.

Renewing supporters do not need to provide us with their ID as we have retained their records from last season.

ID will be securely stored digitally to ensure you don’t need to submit it each season

When will I get my season ticket?

We will be distributing season ticket cards to supporters who require a new one from Monday 11 July.

Disabled supporters

Please remember that complimentary carer/personal assistant tickets cannot be issued unless a Reasonable Adjustment Application Form has been submitted, along with the relevant supporting documentation. If you require an application form, please email tickets@nottscountyfc.co.uk.
