Shirt sponsorship: Nominate your business

An incredible opportunity thanks to Cadbury...

18 November 2021

Cadbury are giving our season ticket holders the incredible opportunity to nominate the company they work for to become our 2022-23 front of home shirt sponsors.

Cadbury became a principal partner ahead of the 2019-20 season, when they chose Sharpes of Nottingham – one of many local businesses severely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic – to receive incredible exposure and benefits by becoming our home shirt sponsors for the following two seasons.

Our partnership with Cadbury has since been extended to a third year and we’re celebrating by launching a new, innovative campaign which will see the global confectionary brand pave the way for another local company to enjoy pride of place on the front of our famous black and white kit.

What’s more, the successful supporter will have the unique honour of being part of our 2022-23 kit launch.

How to apply

2021-22 season ticket holders can submit an application on behalf of their employers by emailing the below information to frontofshirt@nottscountyfc.co.uk before Sunday 21 November:

  • Full name
  • Season ticket number
  • Company name and your position
  • An explanation of how the company has been affected by Covid-19 and why it would benefit from this opportunity (100 words max)

The winner will be announced in the build-up to the 2022-23 season.

Our commercial operations manager, Jordan Worthington, said: “After witnessing first-hand the outstanding impact Cadbury’s generosity has had on our friends at Sharpes, I’m delighted that we have extended our partnership and that we’re working towards a new, very worthwhile venture.

“We believe the world of football has never seen an initiative like this before and I’m sure many of our season ticket holders will jump at the chance to win this incredible opportunity on behalf of their employers.”

Nick Rogers, Cadbury’s senior brand manager, added: “It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Notts County and Sharpes, as well as fellow Nottingham businesses Treetop Catering and Arthur Johnson & Sons, throughout our partnership so far.

“We look forward to continuing our work into a third season, when we’ll have the opportunity to support another very deserving company that has found life tough for reasons beyond its control.

“With generosity at the heart of everything we do, getting fans involved is a fantastic idea which underpins the strong community values on which this partnership is based and we’re excited to see the applications roll in.”

As well as this fantastic opportunity, Cadbury are giving fans the chance to win Notts tickets by signing up to Cadbury FC. By registering, you’ll be the first to know about future campaigns and keep fully up to speed with all the fantastic work that Cadbury do with football clubs and their communities across the UK.
