Disabled supporters update

Ensure you're ready to return

18 March 2021

Disabled supporters are asked to complete a Reasonable Adjustment Application form as part of our preparations to safely return fans to Meadow Lane.

As the government’s Covid recovery road map progresses, we look ahead with excitement to our supporters returning to Meadow Lane.

We're initially expecting to see reduced stadium capacities as well as tighter restrictions imposed by the Safety Advisory Group and, as a result, we're updating our club policies relating to disabled supporters in order to fully understand safety requirements and confirm eligibility for complimentary personal assistant tickets.

Our disabled supporters are asked to complete, sign and return a Reasonable Adjustment Application form. Completing this form means that we can plan to meet your needs during your visit and that accessible facilities are only used by supporters that need them.

It will also enable us to attach an accessibility profile to your account which will streamline and improve the ticket-buying process for you going forward.

If you are requesting a Personal Assistant/Essential Companion (complimentary) ticket, you will now be required to provide us with appropriate supporting documentation.

Further information regarding acceptable documentation is included in the Reasonable Adjustment Application Form, or can be found here.

To request a form, please provide the following details:

Alternatively, you can email the above details to our ticketing supervisor Mike Townsend (mike.townsend@nottscountyfc.co.uk) or call the ticket office on 0115 955 7210.

We look forward to hearing from you.
