Tickets for Saturday's Vanarama National League play-off eliminator against Chesterfield have now sold out.
Around 1500 tickets were sold within half an hour of general sale beginning this morning, taking us to full capacity in line with social distancing requirements.
Supporters without a ticket can now join a waiting list. A small number of applicants may be contacted later in the week should any tickets be returned.
Important information ahead of your purchase
All ticket purchasers must carefully read and adhere to our Spectators’ Matchday Agreement. Compliance with everything outlined in this document is in the interests of your and others’ safety and will protect the club against any sanctions resulting from safety issues.
Can’t make the match due to Covid symptoms or for any other reason?
If you or anyone in your social bubble display any Covid-19 symptoms, or you are self-isolating, do not attend the stadium.
Do not pass your ticket on to someone else to use. Tickets can only be used by the person named on the ticket. Checks will be carried out at the turnstiles.
If you can’t attend for any other reason, we would be happy to refund you and issue your tickets to those who were unsuccessful on our waiting list. Please call the ticket office on 0115 955 7210 as soon as possible.
Are there any tickets left? Can I get one on matchday?
No – all tickets have been sold. If you don’t have a ticket, please do not attend the stadium.
The match will be broadcast live on BT Sport.
What time does the ground open?
Turnstiles will open at 2.30pm and we encourage supporters to arrive at the stadium and take their seat as early as possible.
What are the rules on who I can sit with?
In line with government guidelines, you were only permitted to purchase tickets for those in your social/support bubble. Group bookings were limited to a maximum of six and checks will be carried out at the turnstiles and throughout the day to ensure compliance.
What were the ticket prices?
- E-tickets purchased online and printed at home were free from all booking fees
- There was a £1 postage fee per order to have tickets posted out to your address
- There was a 60p admin fee per ticket on orders placed over the phone
How do I book if I’m a disabled supporter, or have specific access requirements?
Please call 0115 955 7210 and our ticket office staff will assist you in booking tickets that meet your requirements.
Please note – due to social distancing restrictions, there are no aisle seats available for this fixture. Our sensory rooms will also be closed.
Hospitality and the Broken Wheelbarrow
2019-20 seasonal hospitality members and executive box holders have been contacted by our commercial team with details of our matchday package. To ensure compliance with social distancing regulations, hospitality did not go on general sale for this fixture.
A small number of executive boxes are still available to book for £250, or £45pp if there are fewer than six people in your booking. Everyone in one booking must be in the same social bubble. The bar will be open for drinks and cold snacks from 1.30pm until after half-time and a teamsheet, programme and parking space (one per booking) is included. To book, please email your name, supporter number and telephone number to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team will be in touch. Please note - there is no wheelchair access to our executive boxes and there are a significant number of stairs to gain entry.
The Broken Wheelbarrow will be open from 1pm and our commercial team will be contacting those who applied for a ticket in the near future.
If you are a 2019-20 seasonal parking member you are able to pre-book one of 40 car parking spaces (£5) in the Cattle Market car park. Please email email@example.com with your name and supporter number.
There are alternative parking sites on Meadow Lane but charges may apply, and a small number of on-street disabled parking spaces are situated on the roads around the stadium. These must be paid for using the Ringo telephone booking service. Details are displayed on adjacent lamp posts.
We remain committed to our promise of free admission to a future league game for NHS staff and will implement this initiative as soon as capacity restrictions are lifted.
