Neal Ardley has been named January's Vanarama National League Manager of the Month.
A draw with league leaders Torquay was followed by victories over Solihull and Weymouth as we went the entire month without conceding a single goal.
And the boss is delighted with the recognition.
"I don’t take it personally – I take it as a sign of the work we’re all doing," he said.
"Although it’s ‘Manager of the Month’, for me it’s ‘Team of the Month’ – and that includes all my staff. I share it with everybody."
Ardley reserved special praise for his players, citing their mentality as pivotal to the award.
"Around Christmas you could see the frustration on their faces due to the fact we had to keep training with no games to play," he said.
"The boys need a lot of credit for their mentality and professionalism. They’ve knuckled down and managed to find results on a weekly basis.
"All the games are tough but the likes of Torquay and Solihull have aspirations to be up there, so to come through with the clean sheets, results and performances we got is great for us."
Ardley will be hoping to guide us to a fourth-straight victory when we host Dagenham and Redbridge on Tuesday (kick-off 6pm). Click here to buy your streaming pass.
