Season ticket cards will be dispatched to supporters from next week.

The cards have now been delivered to Meadow Lane and our ticketing team are busy processing them ahead of posting them out free of charge as a gesture of gratitude for fans’ loyal support throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

How will I receive mine?

It will be posted to the address of the person who placed the order. If, for example, you ordered and paid for season tickets for four people in the same transaction, those four cards will be delivered to your address as the lead booker in the same envelope.

What if my address has changed since I ordered? Please notify the ticket office urgently by emailing or calling 0115 955 7210.

ID required for concessionary season tickets

All concessionary season tickets must be validated by submitting photo ID that includes your date of birth. We would like to thank everyone who has already submitted their identification and can confirm that their cards will be posted out next week.

Concessionary season tickets that haven’t been validated can’t be distributed until the relevant ID has been received. If you have ordered any of the following season tickets and not submitted the relevant identification, please do so as soon as possible:

  • Senior
  • 22-25
  • 18-21
  • Under 18
  • Under 12

In order to validate your concessionary season ticket(s), we require photo ID that includes your date of birth. For younger supporters who don’t have either of the above forms of identification, please provide an image of their birth certificate and include a passport-style photograph of them.

You can submit ID in the following ways:

Digitally: Please scan/photograph the relevant document(s) and email it to along with your supporter number, full name and postcode. Please ensure all details are clearly visible.

In person: We strongly advise you to submit your identification digitally if possible. However, identification can be submitted at the ticket office. Click here for opening hours.

ID will be securely stored digitally to ensure you don’t need to submit it each season.

Documentation required for disabled carer/personal assistant tickets

All complimentary carer tickets must be validated by a completed reasonable adjustment application form and supporting documentation prior to being dispatched.

If you have ordered a carer ticket but have not yet sent in a reasonable adjustment form along with a copy of your latest PIP/DLA letter, please contact the ticket office as soon as possible to arrange this.

Carer season tickets will be printed on a different-coloured card this year to make them easily identifiable to our turnstile stewards so that we can ensure our fans with access needs are receiving the assistance they need.

Supporters are reminded that carer tickets are only valid for entry when accompanying a disabled supporter to the match.
