FA Trophy update

We'll host Harrogate in one-legged semi-final

2 September 2020

Our 2019-20 Buildbase FA Trophy semi-final tie against Harrogate Town will be played behind closed doors over one leg at Meadow Lane after a draw determined we would be the home side.

If Harrogate progress in this weekend's Carabao Cup fixture against Tranmere Rovers, our semi-final will be played on Thursday 17 September. If they don't progress, we will face them on Wednesday 16 September.

The match will go straight to penalties should scores be level after 90 minutes and up to six new signings, as well as all our current players who were eligible at the registration deadline of 12pm on Friday 20 March 2020, will be available for selection.

If you purchased tickets for the original home and/or away legs and wish to apply for a refund, please email your full name, number of tickets and membership number to tickets@nottscountyfc.co.uk.

Our pre-season friendly at Nuneaton, scheduled for the same week as our semi-final, will no longer take place.

The FA Trophy final, which will see us or Harrogate take on Halesowen Town or Concord Rangers, will be played at Wembley Stadium on Non-League Finals Day (Sunday 27 September). This event will be used to pilot the safe return of spectators to football stadia and a limited number of fans will therefore be permitted. We will share further details as soon as possible subject to our progression.
