We caught up with Rúben Rodrigues after he completed his first session as a Notts player.
The attacking midfielder was put through his paces by Strength and Conditioning Coach Erik Svendsen and our Head of Medical Services, and fellow Portuguese, Marco Ferreira.
Rodrigues will continue to train alone until the rest of the squad's return for pre-season training, which is scheduled to begin later this month.
