Notts County midfielder Tom Crawford rounded off his loan spell at AFC Fylde by lifting the FA Trophy at Wembley.
The 19-year-old was a late substitute as the Lancashire outfit ran out 1-0 winners over Leyton Orient.
It was Crawford's second Wembley appearance in quick succession after also featuring in Fylde's play-off final defeat against Salford.
The former Chester man made a total of 10 appearances for the Coasters, scoring twice, and will rejoin the Notts squad at the start of pre-season.
