Notts County's first-team squad commenced their pre-season preparations today.
A total of 19 players headed for the state-of-the-art facilities at Nottingham Trent University, where they were put through their paces by manager Neal Ardley and strength and conditioning coach Erik Svendsen.
Notts play their first pre-season friendly of the summer in just under a fortnight, kicking off their schedule with a trip to Nuneaton Borough.
