Kristian Dennis has joined Grimsby Town on loan until the end of the season.
Dennis, who joined Notts on a permanent deal in the summer after scoring 21 times for the Spirites last season, has netted three league goals in 2018-19 as well as a hat-trick against Doncaster Rovers in the Checkatrade Trophy.
The 28-year-old will spend the remainder of the campaign at Blundell Park.
