Notts County's Under 23s are back in action on Wednesday afternoon in their second Central League fixture of the campaign.
After a spirited performance against Wigan Athletic last week, where they were denied three points by a last minute equaliser, Steve Chettle’s men will be looking to go one better this time around.
Will Patching got the goal for the Magpies in the first half, but a stoppage-time header from Wigan's Kyle Joseph meant they were forced to settle for a 1-1 draw in the opener.
Next up is a trip to Vale Park, where the hosts will come into the clash on the back of a win in their opening Central League game, beating Morecambe 2-1.
Chettle fielded a young side last time out with players such as Patching, Max Culverwell and Owen Betts impressing in front of first-team manager Harry Kewell.
Kick-off is at 1pm from Vale Park.
