Notts County will conduct their annual Easter visit to the Queen's Medical Centre on Wednesday 28 March.
Supporters are invited to donate Easter eggs and other gifts, which the first team will deliver to those unfortunately spending the Easter period in hospital.
Donations, which the club are incredibly grateful for, can be made at the club shop.
