Notts County fans are invited to nominate candidates for the EFL's Supporter of the Year award.
The award recognises an individual who has and continues to go above and beyond the call of duty, showcasing an exceptional level of devotion to their club and the game of football.
One winner is selected per division. To nominate a Notts fan, please forward the following information to sarah.gooding@nottscountyfc.co.uk before 10pm on Sunday.
