More than 70 junior football teams from around Nottinghamshire have been given complimentary tickets for Notts County’s match against Tranmere Rovers this afternoon.
As a gesture of goodwill, around 1,000 players will be attending with their coaches and families.
The free tickets have been specifically offered to teams that have signed up for the club’s matchday experience offerings but who have yet to be randomly selected.
They will be able to enjoy all the offerings in the Haydn Green Family Stand, including the Skills Centre on the club’s 3G pitch, face painting, book swap reading initiative and half-time high fives, plus they’ll get to meet members of the first-team squad before kick-off.
The club would like to thank all those who have registered as a matchday experience team and hope they have a brilliant day at Meadow Lane.
