Notts County will soon be launching Generation 8, their exciting new initiative for junior supporters.
Children in year three for the current academic year will be eligible for the free membership, which will entitle them to a free replica shirt, a free adult and child ticket for a Notts home match and a host of other benefits.
As part of the launch, every child who registers for Generation 8 is invited to participate in a half-term football festival at the Nottingham Football Centre in Rushcliffe on either the morning or afternoon of Thursday 26 October.
Notts commercial director Amanda Fletcher said: “We are very excited to soon be launching Generation 8, which we are confident will be a very popular membership for our younger supporters.
“We are keen to engage with fans of all ages and this initiative is the latest step in our efforts to reach out to our fans of the future.
“The football festival is sure to be a great occasion and I would like to thank Kevin Cooper at the Young Elizabethan League and Richard Hipkiss at the Nottingham Football Centre for their assistance.
“We also look forward to seeing the Family Stand packed with kids and their parents taking advantage of their free tickets.
“A lot of our hard work and investment has gone into making the Family Stand a more engaging, interesting and fun space for our young supporters, with a comic book-style redecoration in the concourses and a variety of entertainment now on offer.
“Further updates regarding Generation 8 and the football festival will be available on the club website soon.”
