Changes to Family Stand on matchdays

25 October 2017

Attention all Skills Centre players!

Junior supporters are advised of the following information regarding the matchday Skills Centre in the Haydn Green Family Stand.

The Skills Centre, which takes place on the brand-new 4G pitch and is accessed from inside the Family Stand, has been a roaring success so far this season with youngsters enjoying a pre-match kickabout with qualified coaches.

Due to its success, the club are keen to ensure the Skills Centre can go on to become an established part of junior fans' matchday experience.

To allow for this, provisions have to be made to ensure the surface is kept in optimum condition for the club's first-team and academy players to train on.

Therefore, from Saturday's game against Newport County onwards, players will be required to change into a clean pair of trainers/football boots when they enter the surface.

Parents will also be required to remain in a designated spectators' area, where the surface will be protected.

The club thank supporters for their cooperation and look forward to welcoming young fans to the Skills Centre on Saturday.
