Notts County are hosting a five-a-side tournament at Meadow Lane on Friday 19 May.
Kicking off at 1pm, the tournament is limited to 20 teams, split in to four groups of five, so early confirmation is advised to avoid disappointment.
Matches will be 14 minutes long with the top eight teams progressing to the quarter finals with the next eight entering the Plate quarter finals. The finals will be played at 5.30pm.
Use of the changing rooms will be available for a 10-minute team talk before you walk out onto the hallowed Meadow Lane turf through the player's tunnel.
Notts will supply qualified referees and match balls and there will be trophy presentations made to the finalists as well as Fair Play and Player of the Tournament awards.
Spectators will be situated in the Derek Pavis Stand free of charge and car parking will be available in the Iremonger Road car park situated behind the Kop.
The cost to enter is £200+VAT per team with a maximum squad size of eight players.
