Notts supporters are invited to take part in the EFL supporters survey.
This is your opportunity to provide feedback about your experiences during the 2016-17 season.
Your views are important to both the EFL and its clubs and all results will be shared directly with us to allow your opinions to be considered when planning for the future.

The survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete and, to thank you for taking part, you'll have the opportunity to enter a prize draw* to win one of the following great prizes:
