Notts County have appointed Russell Hullett as the club's academy manager.
Hullett, 43, arrives from West Bromwich Albion.
He said: "I'm very humbled to get this position. It's a fantastic club with brilliant history and it's a great time to come in.
"We've got a very forward-thinking owner who matches my ambitions. I want to stay here for the long term and it's a fantastic opportunity to build something.
"The basis of a club has got to be its academy's recruitment. If we can nail that I think it will be exciting times for Notts County."
Head of academy coaching Dan Leivers added: "We're looking to build on the success we've had and ensure that, in years to come, academy products become a big part of this club's culture."
