Notts County's Central League Cup fixture against Nottingham Forest will be played on a rearranged date.
The Magpies were due to host Forest on Tuesday 25 October, but the fixture will now be played at Meadow Lane on Tuesday 31 January (kick-off 12pm).This summer the club took the difficult decision to withdraw from the Central (Development) League, but entered the Central League Cup which will guarantee a minimum number of competitive fixtures alongside friendly matches to be arranged during the season.
The early stages of the cup competition will comprise of a group stage, with the Magpies competing in group two of the northern section alongside Forest, Mansfield Town, Chesterfield and Shrewsbury Town.
While there is no age restriction, the competition is development focused.
Notts host Forest and Shrewsbury Town at Meadow Lane, with prices set at £3 for adults and £1 for all concessions. Season ticket holders can watch all home reserve/development matches for free.

Tuesday 29 November: v Chesterfield at the Proact Stadium
Tuesday 13 December: v Shrewsbury Town at Meadow Lane
Wednesday 18 January: v Mansfield Town at Rainworth Miners Welfare
Tuesday 31 January (12pm): v Nottingham Forest at Meadow Lane
