Purchasing Tickets

13 May 2016

A comprehensive guide to purchasing Notts County home tickets online, in person and by phone in advance or on matchday.

Buying online

Supporters who are able to print their ticket at home/scan their ticket from a mobile device are strongly recommend to do so as there are no extra costs associated with this type of booking.

After downloading the PDF document (available from the confirmation email) there are two options: print your document with the barcode and present it at the turnstile or scan the barcode from your mobile device.

For single ticket purchases:

Visit the club's online ticketing website and add your ticket to your basket
Select print at home
Download the PDF from the confirmation email showing the barcode/ticket detail
Present your mobile device at the turnstile for the barcode to be scanned

For multiple self-print/scan-ticket purchases:

Visit the club's online ticketing website and add your ticket to your basket
Select print at home
Download the PDF from the confirmation email, which shows all purchased tickets in one document
For supporters that don't want to scan their ticket using a mobile device, print the PDF document showing all barcodes/match ticket details
Forward the PDF to any supporters you have purchased tickets for who want to scan theirs at the turnstile, ensuring they know which is theirs
Please note - each barcode will only work once. Any barcode duplicated or attempted to be scanned on more than one occasion will be declined.

Supporters who buy tickets online can also have their tickets posted or reserved for collection by selecting the relevant option instead of print at home.

Transaction Fees/Delivery Charges

No delivery charge is applicable to supporters who print at home or opt to collect from Meadow Lane.

A postage charge of 75p applies to supporters that require tickets to be posted.

In person at the ticket office/club shop

Supporters can purchase in person from the club shop weekdays 9am - 5pm, from the ticket office on matchday Saturdays from 10am – half-time and non-match Saturdays from the club shop 9am - 1pm.

The club shop will remain open until 7pm the day before a Saturday/midweek home fixture.

No charges apply to payments made at the ticket office/club shop.

Buying on matchday

The club have ceased the operation of cash turnstiles and strongly advise supporters to purchase their tickets in advance using one of the above options, preferably online, to avoid matchday queues.

Fans can purchase tickets online or by phone up to an hour before each home fixture.

Supporters wishing to purchase a ticket in person on matchday can do so from:

- The ticket office on Meadow Lane using cash or card

- A dedicated matchday booth located between the Kop and Jimmy Sirrel stands using cash only (Kop and Derek Pavis Stand tickets only)

Supporters who wish to select a specific seat must visit the ticket office as tickets sold in the matchday booth are bulk-printed in advance.

An additional ticket booth is available for away supporters to obtain tickets on matchday. This booth is located to the rear of the Jimmy Sirrel Stand with only cash payments available. Away supporters will also be able to collect any pre-paid tickets from this booth.

Matchday ticket booths will open two hours before kick-off.
