Notts County manager John Sheridan has been given a five-game touchline ban after being sent to the stands against Wycombe Wanderers.
Sheridan was dismissed by referee Eddie Ilderton in the Sky Bet League Two clash at Meadow Lane on Saturday 10 December and the FA have this afternoon informed the club that he will be banned from the touchline for five matches with immediate effect.
The manager will therefore be absent from the touchline until the local derby at home to Mansfield Town on 14 January.
