Notts County have confirmed a date and away ticket allocation for their provisional Emirates FA Cup third-round trip to Chelsea.
The Magpies will travel to Stamford Bridge on Sunday 8 January (kick-off 3pm) should they beat Peterborough in a second-round replay on Tuesday 20 December.
Notts were today required to confirm their preferred allocation of away tickets, which has been agreed at 3,000.
Notts chief executive Jason Turner said: “Having discussed the options available to us and having taken into account our previous away support at similar matches, we believe an allocation of 3,000 tickets will enable us to satisfy those Notts fans who wish to attend this potential fixture.
“The club were offered 1,500, 3,000 or 6,000 tickets on a guaranteed sale basis, with any unsold tickets to be paid for by the club at the full adult price. We, therefore, believe our decision to commit to 3,000 is correct.”
A priority purchase period will be in place for season ticket holders to buy their tickets first.
Tickets will then become available to Lifeline members, NCFCOSA members and supporters who retained their ticket from either the original Peterborough tie or the replay at the ABAX Stadium.
Should any tickets remain, they will then go on general sale.
Prices will be as follows:
Adult - £30
65 and over: £15
Under 20: £15
No further details will be available until after the second-round replay.
