Notts County manager John Sheridan was left to rue the concession of a 'very soft' goal in this afternoon's 1-0 defeat against Doncaster.
Andy Williams nodded home what turned out to be the winner in the second half and Sheridan was bitterly disappointed to see a solid display unravel.
He said: "Performance-wise I thought we did well against one of the better teams in the division. You wouldn’t know who was near the top and who was near the bottom. We were probably the better team and had one or two opportunities as well.
"But it was a very soft goal on our part again. We just find it very hard to keep clean sheets.
"We’ve just got to try and work out a way to get a result from somewhere because, again, we’re making life very hard for ourselves at the moment and the results and the league table show that."
