PREVIEW: Dag & Red (A)

28 September 2015

On the back of a fourth home win in a row, Notts will be heading to the Chigwell Construction Stadium on Tuesday to face Dagenham and Redbridge in Sky Bet League Two.

Ricardo Moniz's team will be hoping to capitalise on their 1-0 victory over York City at the weekend and break a run of three consecutive league defeats on the road.

The Magpies saw a Liam Noble long ball bypass onrushing York goalkeeper Scott Flinders, offering an easy finish for Izale McLeod in the 12th minute.

There are few injury concerns in the Dutchman's squad - Kyle De Silva remains absent, whilst Rob Milsom is back in training but still working towards match fitness.

Dagenham are currently sitting just outside the relegation zone after a disappointing start to the season. A weekend trip to Barnet saw the Daggers fall a goal behind after just one minute, going on to lose 3-1 to the Bees.

Boss Wayne Burnett is without midfielder Matt Richards, who remains on the sidelines with a slight tear in his Achilles and former Notts midfielder Joss Labadie is still banned for a biting offence.

County have just had the edge over their East London rivals in the past, winning four out of their previous eight meetings. With one draw, the Daggers have been victorious in the remaining three fixtures - including their last clash with Notts in April 2011, which saw them win 3-1.

Notts are favourites at 13/10 whilst Dag & Red can be backed at 21/10, with the draw at 23/10.

You can back Izale McLeod to score first at 5/1, or if you fancy him for his first hat-trick in the black and white stripes, you get odds of 80/1.

Meanwhile, having netted four against Crawley and three against Luton already this September, a winning margin of three or more goals for County is at 11/1.
