The Jimmy & Jack Statue Fund continues to edge closer to it’s ultimate goal of immortalising club legends Jimmy Sirrel and Jack Wheeler outside Meadow Lane.
With just £6,429 remaining, the committee is even down to the last 20 of it’s miniature statuettes. If these are sold it will account for nearly half of what’s still left to raise.
And the events just keep on coming too. The next happens on Friday, November 13th with a night at the dogs at the Nottingham Greyhound Stadium – tickets are available in advance only for just £5, with under-18s completely free with a paying adult.
The hard working committee has so far raised £98,570 and pushing hard to get the fundraising over the line with other events to follow in due course.
