The match will be played during the week commencing 10th August 10th.

Check back to the Official Site for confirmation of date, kick-off time and ticket details.

Past Meetings

Notts last faced Huddersfield Town in January 2012, the start of the club’s 150th year.

Town scored twice early in the second half through Gary Roberts and Jordan Rhodes, before Notts rallied back to earn a point.

Midfielder Jeff Hughes scored from the spot, before Lee Hughes equalised late on to ensure Notts started the year with a useful point.

Meanwhile the last time the Magpies visited the John Smith's Stadium was in November 2011 where again Rhodes was on the scoresheet, twice, before Neal Bishop scored in the final minute as Notts lost 2-1.

The teams have met twice in the League Cup before in the 1999/2000 season and Town progressed winning 4-3 on aggregate.

A crazy first half saw four goals including Clayton Blackmore and Duane Darby, with Kenny Irons and Dean Gorre replying for the visitors, after a 2-1 defeat in the first leg a week before.

Midfielder Craig Ramage scored for the Magpies, either side of striker’s Clyde Wijnhard and Marcus Stewart.
