The club’s midweek Ticket Office will now be housed in the club shop…
From Tuesday, June 23 the midweek Ticket Office will be open at the front of Meadow Lane, inside the club shop. For peak times, including match days, the main ticket office on Meadow Lane will be open as usual.
The move means that the club shop will be open on Monday all year round, meaning fans are able to browse and purchase in-store six days a week.
The ticket office has also extended it’s opening hours to 6 days a week, with tickets being sold from within the club shop on away day Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
The move will help to improve the overall customer service experience with one area housing both ticket and retail sales.
