New Notts winger Genaro Snijders believes the Magpies shouldn’t be playing in the bottom tier of the Football League…
The Dutch wideman arrived on Monday and has trained with the players ahead of Wednesday’s match at Arnold Town.
The 25-year-old is hoping to show the fans exactly what type of player he is.
He told Magpie Player: “I’m very happy that I’m here, I can’t wait to get started.
“I’ve trained with the players, very nice group, very good trainer and I’m very happy
“It’s a really good standard, I think the trainer is a very top trainer and we have some very good training. I think we can develop good as a team and as players ourselves
“Ricardo called me and said he really wants me to come here and really wants me to develop
“He said Notts County is a sleeping giant, it’s one of the oldest clubs. When I cam where and I saws the stadium I was crazy, I can’t wait to play.
“I’m very excited, I can not wait to play and let the fans enjoy it. That’s one of the main reasons I’m here I want to make the fans happy.”
