The 21-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year deal.
Burke will be no stranger to Notts fans after his impressive displays last year. His attacking flair, eye for goal and an assist, as well as his creativity will bring another dimension to Manager Ricardo Moniz’s attacking options.
The Irishmen spent the last three months of the 2014.15 season on loan and played seven times, scoring the final goal of the season against Gillingham.
He had previously played twice for Villa in August 2011 in the League Cup and gained more experience at Shrewsbury Town at the start of the 2013.14 campaign, where he played four times, scoring once.
