Notts County can confirm that our Sky Bet League 1 game at home to Preston North End, due to take place on Saturday 14 February, has had to be rearranged due to our opponents’ continued involvement in the FA Cup.
Preston saw off fellow League 1 side Sheffield United in an FA Cup Fourth Round Replay at Bramall Lane on Tuesday evening, earning themselves a home tie against Premier League giants Manchester United in the next round.
That game is due to take place at Deepdale on Monday 16 February, meaning that the visit of Simon Grayson’s Preston to Meadow Lane has now had to be rescheduled.
Full details of the rearranged date and time for the game against Preston will be announced on the club’s official website as soon as they are finalised, but tickets already purchased for the game will be valid for the rearranged game.
