Notts County have recalled defender Scot Bennett from his loan at Newport County AFC.
Initially signed by the Exiles at the beginning of October, Scot’s form in 12 appearances under John Sheridan is seen as a key factor behind their rise from the foot of the table. He was set to play his last game for his loan club this coming Saturday against Hartlepool United.
Scot will now be considered for Notts' matchday squad against Oxford United on Saturday.
