Notts County FC Academy are currently recruiting for a Physiotherapist/Sports Therapist/Sports Rehabilitator Intern to expand their Sports Medicine Team.
The internship will enable exponential learning and Continued Professional Development through in-house teaching and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
To support the Medical department and Senior Academy Physiotherapist in delivering a physiotherapy/sports therapy/rehab service to injured players at both senior and academy levels under the direction of the Head of Sports science and Medicine and Senior Academy Physiotherapist
Main Duties:
To assist in delivering a physiotherapy/sports therapy/rehab service to injured players as instructed by the Senior Academy Physiotherapist
Assist with the delivery of strength and conditioning sessions and assist with the rehabilitation and programme planning of u18 Academy players under the guidance of the Senior Academy Physiotherapist.
Qualifications:
Must have or be currently enrolled on to a Degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Rehabilitation or Sports Therapy
A valid First Aid Certificate, or willing to work towards one completing a certified course upon acceptance of the role.
